Welcome to Wonderschool Licensing Platform ("Licensing Platform"). Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of our website(s), products, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding contract between you and Wonderschool, Inc. ("Wonderschool," "we," "our," and "us"). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
The Licensing Platform is a digital service that enables teachers, child care providers, and substitute teachers ("Users") to complete the steps necessary for obtaining state or regional licensure. The platform structures this licensing journey via a series of forms and document uploads, tracking progress through a licensing workflow.
The platform also features an artificial intelligence agent (the "AI Assistant") that can be asked questions and provides guidance throughout the licensing process. This AI Assistant is powered by OpenAI's API and does not retain any user data.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By registering for an account, you affirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
To access certain features, including form submission and AI assistance, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We take privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. We do not retain information shared with the AI Assistant, as OpenAI's API is used in a stateless manner.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, including forms and documents ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and display this content for the purposes of providing the Services.
The Licensing Platform and all associated content, excluding User Content, are the property of Wonderschool and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its components without our prior written consent.
If there are any fees associated with using the Licensing Platform, such as for premium features or verification services, they will be clearly disclosed prior to payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party services.
The AI Assistant is provided to help guide you through licensing workflows. It should not be considered a replacement for legal, regulatory, or professional advice. We strive for accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that the information provided is always complete or up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that results obtained will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderschool shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonderschool from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions. Details are provided in the full arbitration section of the Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
